I am writing this letter, not only to thank you, but for the benefit of your customers who may be in your lobby waiting for their cars as I was. In June we rented a beach house in Oceanside, and as we were preparing to go back home to Arizona our water pump went out. Your shop was recommended by AAA so we took our car there and you and your guys stayed late to fix it. In August we were back here in Scottsdale when the new water pump broke and had to be replaced. I called you and you were very understanding and sent a check to cover our costs even though it wasn't your fault. That is service way above and beyond what I expected and my wife and I thank you very much. You run a super honest business. If ever my car breaks down in Oceanside, I'll bring it to you but I hope I don't have to.
